For sponsors and brands
Organizations and brands that supply prize items can become Know To Win sponsors. After an admin approval step, your ad creatives appear linked to prize visibility — reaching learners at the exact point they are considering or redeeming a reward.
How sponsorship works
Provide your brand name, description, logo, image assets, and landing page URL. This becomes the base record for all your campaigns.
Each creative includes a title, body copy, image, and call-to-action. You can submit multiple messages targeting different audience segments.
Platform administrators review each creative. Approved messages go live. Returned submissions receive a written reason and can be revised and resubmitted.
Approved messages appear linked to relevant prize items — reaching learners at the moment they are considering or redeeming a reward.
Reach the right audience
Know To Win's demographic targeting lets sponsors narrow their reach to the learner segments most relevant to them. A school-supplies brand can target primary and secondary school learners; a professional-certification body can target university and postgraduate cohorts.
Set a minimum and maximum age to ensure your message reaches the right life stage — from primary school learners to working professionals.
Target learners using one or more supported languages — letting you align your message language with your audience's preferred language.
Restrict your ad to one or more countries to stay relevant to your operating geography and avoid wasted impressions.
Scope by education level — primary, secondary, tertiary, postgraduate — so your message lands with the cohort it is designed for.
Track performance
View and click totals across all your ad messages give you an at-a-glance measure of overall campaign performance.
A daily engagement hash tracks views and clicks day by day, so you can see when your messages land and how performance trends over time.
Individual view and click counts per creative let you compare performance between messages and refine your targeting or copy accordingly.
Content workflow
Sponsored content is never shown to learners before a platform administrator has reviewed and approved it. This keeps the experience safe and consistent for all learners on the platform.
Once you submit a message creative, it enters a review queue. Your submission status is visible in your sponsor dashboard.
If a submission is returned, the reason is included. Revise the creative and resubmit — the review cycle continues until approved.
After approval, you can enable or disable individual messages without going through the review cycle again.
